Tips for a Healthy Fall
With the beginning of fall comes the beginning of flu season and, without proper preparation, you could find yourself sniffling through Thanksgiving. Schedule an appointment with your doctor or check to see if your pharmacy is offering flu shots to make sure you can fully enjoy the season.
