If you don’t drink alcohol, that doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on some of these health benefits! There are non-alcoholic options to try. One study from the University of Wisconsin found that drinking purple grape juice also reduced blood clotting. Another from and the University of California at Davis found that that non-alcoholic red wine also had the same antioxidant profile as red wine. Resveratrol can also be found in peanuts, blueberries, and cranberries, or taken as a supplement.
