Worst Cities for Spring Allergies
Buffalo, New York ranked as the 15th worst city in 2013 for spring allergies. This is up from 25th place in 2012, though high-ranking cities generally stay in the top 50. Asthma and seasonal allergies often go hand-in-hand, as they both affect the respiratory tract and involve respiratory inflammation. Approximately 85 percent of asthma patients also report being affected by seasonal allergies.
