Your Office May Be More Dangerous than You Think
Promotions, job security and more money are all great reasons to put in a few more hours at the office, but they may come with a price. One study found that workers with days lasting 11 hours or more were twice as likely to develop major depression compared to those who worked only 8 hours. The CDC estimates that 19 million Americans suffer from depression. So remember, there’s no time like the present to plan a little getaway or even a relaxation day.
