Your Office May Be More Dangerous than You Think
Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) may sound like a joke, but it may affect up to 90 percent of office workers. CVS is eye strain caused by staring at a screen. While it doesn’t pose a permanent threat to your eyes, it can cause discomfort, dryness, burning or blurry vision. It can even cause back or neck pain. To alleviate these symptoms, sit with good posture, make sure the lighting is good and blink regularly.
