Eliminate the Pain of Raking Leaves
The repetitiveness of raking can become painful after a while, so take a rest every 10 to 15 minutes. Sip on water to stay hydrated and stretch to release tension you may have built up. Try to vary your movements, so you are not repeatedly using and stressing the same muscle group again and again. Bend at your knees and squat down to scoop up heavy piles, rather than bending at your waist to pick up heavy piles.
